Assessment: A consultant will visit your existing home to assess the scope of the downsizing project and provide a quote.
Planning: Provide a timeline for the move, engage a removalist, organise storage if required and plan the move day from start to finish.
Decluttering: Assist with organising household items and identifying what can be sold, gifted or recycled.
Packing: Prepare items for sale or recycling, label items, disassemble furniture, professionally pack items and create an inventory and instructions for the removalist.
Moving: On moving day, the downsizing team will provide trained staff, supervise removalists, oversee the placement of items in the new space and tidy your old home.
Settling-in: Unpack all boxes, reassemble furniture, decorate the new home, connect appliances, make beds, unpack the fridge and freezer and tidy your new home.
